Avoid Coloring your hair: If you have inherited the tendency of hair loss, you are not likely to have very healthy hair overall. In this case, your hair can get damaged from the affect of various colorants. When you use any hair care product whether dying products or shampoo, keep deep concern over the chemical content. Medication can weaken your hair scalps causing it to break or fall out. Semi-permanent color is good in this case as it does not contain ammonia or peroxide. Using this product will not damage hair as it will give it body and volume. If you have fine-textured hair type, semi-permanent or is the right choice for you. Make sure that the color is professionally applied and maintained otherwise the colored hair can easily get over-processed which damages it and causes further hair loss.

Volumizing Products

Always keep in mind that many volume-building hair products contain paraffin and are bee wax based. This is very harmful for the hair as it builds up and can make the hair break very easily. Certain volumizing products sold in salons are quite helpful. These products don’t weigh down the hair and have fewer tendencies to damage your hair scalp. For instance, hair mousse can be applied at the root area for support. After that you can begin blow drying the hair applying tension with a brush to build volume. Remember, you should use a light finishing spray to hold it.

Shampoo

Though some shampoos contain harsh chemicals, many have mild effects that nourish the hair and allow it to grow soft and glow. In order to protect your hair, it is the best practice to shampoo only when your hair is dirty. As fine hair gets dirty faster, people with fine-textured hair need to shampoo more frequently despite that fact that fine hair breaks more easily.

Blow Dry

Your blow dry process shouldn’t create a problem. Be careful about putting high heat directly onto the hair. In fact, high heat application can seriously damage your hair texture. Even flat irons and curling irons can cause damage and hair breakage leading to hair thinning. Ironing strolls contain strong chemicals that make the hair curl and cause immense hair damage.

Permanent Wave

One of the best ways to enhance the body and volume of your hair is to maintain permanent waves. But in the trimming process you hair should be healthy, not dry or brittle. In order to pay a safety measure, only a gentle body wave is advised, because tighter waves can damage the hair.
